We currently only accept online payments through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use your credit card for purchases. You may choose to pay as a guest and enter your credit card information for a one time purchase. Your credit card information will not be stored.
If you find it necessary to pay using another method, please contact the representative for your area to enquire about and arrange for alternative payments.
The Michael Wilcox School of Colour takes pride in offering products made to the highest standard. The utmost care is used in packaging and shipping items to our customers. It is our wish that you are happy with our products and that they arrive in good condition. But as you know, there are situations that can arise. Please read our return policies below.
Upon receipt please examine your order. If there is a problem, you must contact your representative within 14 days in order to receive an exchange or refund. It will not be possible to make a refund or offer a replacement product after the 14 day period. This requirement will ensure fairness to yourself as well as the Michael Wilcox School of Colour.
FOR GOODS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING OR THE WRONG PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED:
Please contact the representative for your area to explain the problem and to request a return mailing label. Give your name, order number, country location. If the product was damaged in shipping, photographs of the damage are needed. Please do not discard the packaging as it will be needed to file a claim with the shipping company. If the product includes more than one piece, the product must be returned in its entirety, otherwise a full refund or exchange cannot be made. The Michael Wilcox School of Colour pays for the return shipping.
We take every possible measure to ensure you will receive your purchases. We provide you with tracking numbers so you can follow your products from our warehouse to your door, and all international shipments are sent with the necessary customs paperwork. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for acts of nature, acts of war, government strikes or collapse, theft, loss in transit, etc. If you require special handling or insurance, please contact your representative before placing your order.
FOR UNWANTED ITEMS OR EXCHANGES:
Please contact the representative for your area explaining your situation. Give your name, order number, country location. We must receive your product prior to issuing a refund or exchange. The Michael Wilcox School of Colour will not pay for return shipping under these circumstances. If the product includes more than one piece, the product must be returned in its entirety, otherwise a full refund or exchange cannot be made.
You may request a full refund of seminar fees up to 30 days prior to the event. Due to financial commitments, only 50% of fees will be refunded after 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be made within 7 days of the event.
- Special items or products on sale cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Paints and brushes cannot be returned unless the wrong product was received per your order.
- If the product contains more than one piece, the product must be returned in its entirety in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Partial returns will result in a pro-rated refund.
- You must contact us within 14 days in order to receive an exchange or refund.
- We ship to the address you provide at checkout. We are not responsible if the carrier is unable to locate you using this address. Please use the tracking number provided to you when your order ships to track your order and coordinate receipt of your items.
Thank you for your understanding. We hope you are more than happy with your product, but our return policy must be adhered to in order to be fair to all concerned.
